  • The CSQS was established using a license for the Service Qualität Deutschland system (SQD), which has been contributing to service quality growth in Germany for over a decade.
  • Successful organizations obtain a prestigious, internationally comparable brand that represents to the customer a promise of verified service quality and is also an acknowledgement of all the work performed by the organization´s employees.
