The exhibition of the Aviation Museum, created by members of the Aviation History Club in Jindřichův Hradec in the former Deštná town cinema, is divided into a war and post-war section.
The spaces of the lobby and the cloakroom have been converted into two separate parts, divided by a model of an air raid shelter. Outside is an exhibit documenting the stories of Czechoslovak war pilots after the local soldiers left to Poland, then France and finally the United Kingdom. This period is documented by numerous 3D exhibits, including medals, uniforms, models and fragments of war aircraft (including the B-24 Liberator "PP-Y" of the 311st Czechoslovak Wing found on Orkney) and plastic models.
