Consent to the processing of personal data
The customer hereby grants the controller consent to the processing of his/her personal data (e-mail) for the purpose of sending business messages and marketing information in the form of a newsletter.

2. In accordance with the provisions governing the protection of personal data, the customer has the following rights:
Right to information about the personal data – this means that the customer may require at all times confirmation of whether or not his/her personal data have been processed; if this is the case, he/she has the right to receive information about the purpose, the scope, the period in which they were processed, to whom the data are accessible, whether he/she has the right as customer to rectification, erasure, restriction of processing or can lodge objections; moreover, about the source of the personal data, and whether automated decisions, including profiling, take place on the basis of the personal data processed. The customer also has the right to require a copy of his/her personal data, whereby the first copy is free of charge but, for further copies, reasonable remuneration may be required for the administrative effort.
Right to rectification of personal data – this means that is possible to require rectification or completion of personal data if the personal data are incorrect or incomplete.
Right to revoke consent to the processing of personal data – this means that the customer has the right at all times to revoke his/her consent, in which case the lawfulness of the processing based on the consent granted prior to revocation remains unaffected.
Right to erasure of personal data – this means that personal data must be deleted if (i) they are no longer required for the purposes for which they were collected or otherwise processed, (ii) consent was revoked and there is no other reason for the processing, (iii) the data subject has lodged an objection to the processing and there are no overriding legitimate grounds for the processing, (iv) the personal data were unlawfully processed or if (v) there is a statutory obligation to erasure.
Right to restriction of the processing of personal data – this means that personal data must be deleted in particular if (i) the accuracy of the personal data is contested; (ii) the processing is unlawful; however, instead of erasure, only the restriction of the use of the personal data is required; (iii) the personal data are no longer required for the purposes of processing; (iv) if an objection to processing was lodged, the controller may only keep the data in storage; the further processing is dependent on consent or on whether these data are required to establish, exercise or defend legal rights.
Right to data portability of personal data – this means that the customer has the right to receive the data provided by him/her with consent to processing in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format and that these data, insofar as technically feasible, may be transmitted to another controller.
Right to object to the processing of personal data – this means that there must a be a possibility of objecting to the processing of personal data in written or electronic form.

- The controller for the processing of personal data may transmit personal data of the customer to other persons who provide marketing services for the controller.
- Personal data will not be transmitted to third parties in countries outside the EU or the EEA.
- No automatic decisions or profiling takes place on the basis of the processing of personal data.
