Baroque Theatre in Český Krumlov Castle

The Baroque theatre at the castle in Český Krumlov represents the Late Baroque period. The theatre, with its original Baroque equipment, preserved both in objects and also in richly archived documentation, is undoubtedly unique in the world. Only the Swedish royal theatre in Drottningholm near Stockholm from 1766 can be compared with the Český Krumlov Baroque theatre.
