Ohrada Zoo is located in close proximity to the town of Hluboká nad Vltavou, about 9 km north of České Budějovice. Here, visitors can see more than 3,000 animals representing approximately 300 species from the Czech Republic, Europe and the temperate latitudes of Asia. However, exhibits of the fauna and fl ora of Australia, America and Africa are also here to enjoy. The zoo pays special attention to breeding endangered species. A restaurant, education centre and children’s playground are at your disposal.
