The Park will be open from 5 August to 21 8. 2016; the admission is free.
VISITING RULES OF RIO – LIPNO OLYMPIC PARK
1. Initial provisions
1.1 These Visiting Rules are a guideline issued by the company Česká olympijská a.s., Company ID: 25268708, registered office at Benešovská 6, 101 00 Praha 10, incorporated in the Commercial Register maintained by the Municipal Court in Prague, Section B, File 5522 (hereinafter, the “Operator”), which stipulates binding rules for persons entering the Olympic Park and making use of devices located inside the Olympic Park premises (hereinafter, the “Visiting Rules”).
1.2 The purpose of the Visiting Rules is primarily to ensure protection of safety, health and property in the Olympic Park as well as to ensure ideal conditions for the course of all the sporting, social and/or cultural events (hereinafter, “events”) that will be organized in the Olympic Park. Another objective of the Olympic Park Visiting Rules is to ensure a pleasant sporting and social atmosphere on the Olympic Park premises.
1.3 For the purposes of these Visiting Rules, the Olympic Park refers to the Operator’s delineated areas in the period from 5 August 2016 to 21 August 2016, identified as “Olympic Park”, “Rio – Lipno Olympic Park” and/or “Prague-Sochi Olympic Village” (hereinafter, “Olympic Park” or “premises”).
1.4 Admission to and presence on the premises is conditioned by adherence to legislation and internal regulations in force. For the purposes of these Visiting Rules, visitors and/or the public refer to any person entering the Olympic Park premises, including media representatives.
1.5 The provisions of these Visiting Rules apply analogously to persons entering the Olympic Park based on a special contractual relationship with the Operator and/or its contractual partners.
2. Olympic Park premises
2.1 The Olympic Park premises serve for visitors to spend leisure time and participate in and watch events that are organized on the premises.
2.2 The public may only enter the Olympic Park premises with the Operator’s consent and/or only during the visiting hours and/or only in accordance with conditions specified in these Visiting Rules. Any complaints can only be raised before entering the premises.
2.3 The visiting hours of the Olympic Park are: Monday to Sunday 10 am to 10 pm.
2.4 Supervision over the adherence and respect for these Visiting Rules is performed by the Operator’s employees and other persons authorized by the Operator, security service and, to the extent of their legal powers, the Czech Police.
2.5 Admission to the premises is free of charge. By entering, the visitor agrees to the conditions of these Visiting Rules and other internal regulations and shall respect organizers’ instructions.
2.6 Persons who are obviously under the influence of alcohol or other habit-forming and intoxicating substances, as well as persons who endanger the safety and/or health of persons and/or property located inside the Olympic Park, shall lose their authorization to be on the premises and may not be permitted on the premises and/or may be escorted out of the premises by the organizer’s employees, persons authorized by the organizer and/or the security service.
Analogously, persons may not be permitted on the premises and/or may be escorted out of the premises if they violate the rules specified in these Visiting Rules and/or fail to respect instructions from the organizer’s employees, persons authorized by the organizer and/or the security service.
Persons listed in this provision may also be restricted or completely prohibited from entering the Olympic Park premises by the organizer.
2.7 Sales of tobacco products and alcoholic products to persons under 18 years of age is prohibited on the Olympic Park premises. The Operator also reserves the right to completely prohibit the sales of tobacco products and alcoholic products for the duration of selected events organized on the premises.
Information on a special ban on sales of tobacco products and alcoholic products in accordance with this provision will always be appropriately published on the Olympic Park premises and the Operator or the security service will also notify all concerned persons about it.
3. Visitors’ obligations
3.1 Visitors to the Olympic Park are required to behave themselves on the premises so that their actions do not endanger the safety and/or health of third parties and/or their property, as well as equipment located in the premises, and to not restrict, endanger or annoy other visitors with their conduct beyond the rate corresponding to the circumstances during the events organized in the Olympic Park.
3.2 Visitors to the Olympic Park are required to adhere to instructions and orders of the organizer’s employees, persons authorized by the organizer and/or security service, as well as instructions and orders of the Czech Police, the Fire Rescue Service of the Czech Republic, and the Medical Rescue Service of the South Bohemian Region.
3.3 Visitors to the Olympic Park are required to respect rules arising from these Visiting Rules and generally binding legal regulations, as well as rules of proper conduct and decent morals.
3.4 Visitors to the Olympic Park are prohibited from bringing to the premises the following items in particular:
a) racist, defamatory, vulgar or other material contradicting decent morals;
b) any types of weapons, as well as any items usable as weapons or other items that might endanger the safety, health or life of visitors;
c) corrosive, flammable, explosive, coloring or other substances affecting health;
d) pyrotechnics or launching devices;
e) alcoholic beverages and/or other habit-forming and intoxicating substances;
f) animals, with the exception of assistance dogs for disabled persons;
g) material promoting a political party or movement, or any politically focused material;
h) excessively sized luggage, including bicycles, with the exception of children’s prams;
i) the dangerousness of different items brought by visitors can be decided by a security service manager by the entrance and/or persons superordinate to them.
3.5 Visitors are required to allow the Operator’s employees, persons authorized by the Operator and/or the security service to make an inspection of items and luggage being brought in order to inspect adherence to the previous provision.
Should a visitor refuse the inspection as per this provision, they may not be let in the premises and/or may be escorted out of the Olympic Park premises.
3.6 Visitors to the Olympic Park give consent to the performance of a security check in order to inspect adherence to these Visiting Rules, including both a luggage check and a body check by the Operator’s employees, persons authorized by the Operator and/or the security service.

by means of a security frame, X-ray luggage inspection device, metal and explosive detector; should a visitor refuse the inspection as per this provision, they may not be allowed on the premises and/or may be escorted out of the Olympic Park premises.
3.7 In addition, visitors to the Olympic Park are prohibited from:
a) manifesting, disseminating or publicly promoting racist, defamatory, vulgar or decent moral-defying slogans or depictions;
b) promoting any political party or movement;
c) climbing over or entering any structures and equipment on the premises, particularly fences, walls, barriers, lighting equipment, trees, poles, roofs, etc.;
d) entering areas not intended for the public;
e) throwing any objects into areas in which visitors are present, particularly areas of sports grounds and auditoriums;
f) entering sports grounds with food and drinks and/or eating or drinking there;
g) making any audio or video recordings on the premises for commercial purposes without the Operator’s prior written consent;
h) smoking outside areas designated for this by the Operator;
i) drinking or eating outside areas designated for this by the Operator;
j) starting fires, igniting or launching any pyrotechnics;
k) deliberately move or otherwise manipulate any equipment and/or devices installed on the premises;
l) destroying any equipment or devices installed on the premises;
m) write, apply stickers or posters or paint on any equipment, devices or roads on the premises;
n) relieving themselves outside toilets or soiling the premises in any other way;
o) move around the premises outside roads or paths, or outside paths and areas designated for the purpose by the Operator;
p) enter the premises by vehicles without the Operator’s prior written permit.
3.8 Without the Operator’s prior written consent and/or in conflict with the conditions of the Operator’s written consent, visitors are not allowed to conduct on the Olympic Park premises any commercial or similar activity, or give or sell other visitors any items, including newspapers, magazines, printed matter, advertising leaflets, etc., or store any items inside the premises.
4. Liability for damage
4.1 Entrance to and use of the Olympic Park premises are at the visitor’s own risk, and visitors are required to behave themselves on the premises so as to avoid damage to health and/or property, both their own and of third parties.
4.2 Each visitor is liable to the Operator and/or any third party for damage incurred as a consequence of a violation of rules arising from these Visiting Rules and/or other binding legal regulations.
4.3 The Operator is entitled to demand that a visitor hand over an object with which an injury and/or harm has been caused to the Operator and/or any third party.
4.4 Visitors are required to inform the Operator or the security service about any injuries and/or any damage occurring on the Olympic Park premises.
4.5 In the event of the evacuation of the Olympic Park premises or any other emergency, visitors are required to adhere to the Evacuation Rules and follow the instructions of the Operator, persons authorized by the Operator, security service and/or Integrated Rescue System forces.
4.6 The event organizer assumes no liability for damage to health and/or property incurred by a visitor due to the action of another visitor and/or visitors, even in the case of deliberate action. Damage claims can be made exclusively directly against the person and/or persons who have caused damage with their actions.
5. Other provisions
5.1 By entering the premises, visitors to the Olympic Park agree, without further notification, to the free use of their images or portraits as part of any image or video recording, broadcast or production of an event organized on the premises for commercial or promotional purposes, as part of the depiction of a whole or part of an event organized on the Olympic Park premises by the organizer and/or its contractual partners.
Visitors give their consent to the use of their images or portraits under this provision to the organizer and its contractual partners for an indefinite period of time.
5.2 Visitors to the Olympic Park acknowledge that the premises may be monitored by a camera system with recording.
5.3 In addition, visitors to the Olympic Park acknowledge that audio and/or video recordings may be made on the Olympic Park premises for the purposes of print, radio, television or similar news coverage.
6. Final provisions
6.1 The rules specified in these Visiting Rules may be further supplemented with rules applying to the individual events organized on the Olympic Park premises. Such additional rules shall always be appropriately published on the Olympic Park premises, or available from the Operator or the security service, and visitors are required to adhere to them.
6.2 These Visiting Rules shall come into effect on 5 8. 2016
